RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on starrior.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.

Returns and exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit (in the form of a unique discount code) are free!

Returns for original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund:

$7.99 restocking fee when you return via UPS pre-paid mailed label

$0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit (in the form of a unique discount code).

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns of items purchased at one of our retail partner locations.

Please return to the store purchased directly.

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To Initiate a Return
Please email a description of what you are returning to customersupport@starriorworld.com to be emailed a shipping return label. Once your return is inspected and approved, you will be refunded less the restocking fee, if applicable, within 15 days of Starrior World’s receipt of your return, subject to third party payment processor refund posting policies.
To Initiate an Exchange
Please email a description of what you are exchanging to customersupport@starriorworld.com to be emailed a shipping return label. Once your exchange item is inspected and approved, your replacement item will be shipped out within 5 days of Starrior World’s receipt of your exchange item.
